We are pleased that you have discovered Moms Into Fitness and are interested in learning more about us and our values. At Moms Into Fitness, our mission is to make fitness enjoyable and straightforward once again. Although our approach is simple, it is highly effective.
Our fitness programs cater to individuals ranging from beginners to lifelong athletes. With our workouts, you can achieve your goals in as little as 20 minutes, three to four times per week. No prior experience is necessary; simply show up and press play.
Getting Started
If you are new to exercise, we recommend starting with our initial two-week program. This program will help you ease into the fitness routine gradually.
Weekly Schedule
Each week, we provide new workouts for you to choose from. You can opt for a 3x a week plan, a 4x a week plan, or follow the schedule designed for athletes. These workouts are designed to be gentle on your stress levels and joints while improving cardio endurance, building strength, aiding in weight loss, and keeping you motivated at any fitness level.
Specialized Programs
We offer specialized programs tailored to different stages of life, including prenatal and postnatal fitness, ab separation recovery, and movement for breast cancer survivors.
Guided Programs
We provide 2-8 week workout calendars to help you plan and stay on track. All you have to do is show up! These guided workouts include a balanced combination of strength training, barre, Pilates, interval training, flexibility exercises, and corrective movements.

Nutritional Guidance

Who We Are
My name is Lindsay, and I am the founder of Moms Into Fitness. I am passionate about fitness and the positive impact it can have on individuals. With a team of ten dedicated professionals, we started this business as a small family endeavor fifteen years ago. Since then, we have had the privilege of serving over 75,000 moms.
Lindsay Brin, C.P.T. & B.S.E. Exercise Science, has garnered international recognition as an author and contributor to reputable publications such as Fit Pregnancy magazine, USA Today, Family Circle, Parents magazine, Iron Woman, Mom & Baby magazine, Fitness, Conceive, and many more. Specializing in prenatal and postnatal fitness programs, Lindsay's research and programs have been utilized by fitness organizations worldwide to educate and certify other fitness professionals.
